About
Neil Marsden Sailing is about putting to good use the knowledge and expertise gained from 40 years of dinghy sailing (yes I have to admit I am that old!).
I've been extremely privileged to have enjoyed success at the top level of sailing in many classes at national and international level. (Click here to see the highlights!) Throughout this time I have used my boat building skills and sail making knowledge to prepare my boat to the exacting standards that are needed to win.
Although I'm based in the north-west, my coaching work takes me all over the country and also into Europe. I have my sail loft and workshop here in Lancashire and together with my laptop and mobile can be contacted pretty much anytime anywhere.
I'm committed to training enthusiastic sailors who want to learn and develop their racing pedigree. Also having spent many years building and selling boats I believe there is a need for specialist services in boat rigging, repair work and bespoke trailers.
I've sailed dinghies and ice yachts where I've made pretty much every last part including the boat trailer to take it to the event. I know exactly what I want so I make it.
